We’ve made adding clients as simple as inputting the client name, username and adding an email address for the caregiver. Once you input these pieces of information and select "Send client intake form", the person you identify as the caregiver will receive an invitation to log into the client portal.



From their client portal, the caregiver can complete the client intake form, and it will automatically be added to the client’s profile in Nota. Once they have finished, you’ll be able to see it right in the client profile. 



You may also add a client and choose not to send the client intake form.  This will simply create the client record in the application. From there, you could manually enter the client information or add an attachment if an intake form has already been completed previously.
