We've made it extremely easy for an Admin to add one or more therapist to your practice.
First, navigate to the Settings page and select Team Administration and click Add Invites.
On the next page, enter the therapist name and email. Click the Add Another if needed. Once completed, click Send Invite.
The therapist added will receive an invitation to join the practice and create a user account. That's it. You're done adding therapist to your practice.
And remember, your subscription to Nota is not based on the number of therapist but rather the number of active patients that your practice is actively seeing on monthly basis. We felt this pricing model better aligned with your business, so go ahead, add as many therapist as you would like!
