To develop scaled goals in accordance to Goal Attainment Scaling (GAS) methods, click on Goals and Objective tab and select "GAS" as the Objective type. You'll see the framework for the goals and objectives with ratings from -2 to +2.
You may enter as many goals and objectives as appropriate for your client. Goals may be ordered by level of importance by simply dragging and dropping.
