Interface
Nota’s interface is divided into three main areas: the menu bar, the header, and the client pane.
Menu bar
On the menu bar, you can:
1. Display your practice logo
2. Add a client to your practice
3. Contact us for Help
4. Display your picture
5. Adjust your profile settings
6. View Nota tutorials
7. Check your billing information
8. Logout
Header
The header is for your quick reference. In the header, you'll find:
1. Your client's image, name and age
2. Quick contact information for caregivers
3. Important alerts about your patient
Client pane
From the Client pane, you'll see seven tabs:
1. Treatment notes - Session documentation for your client visits
2. Quick notes - Reminders, conversations, and any other quick capture ideas
3. Progress notes - Build a progress report, based on your treatment notes
4. Goals and objectives - Edit, mark achieved, add, and arrive goals and objectives for a client
5. Client information - Personal, medical, insurance, and developmental information about your Client
6. Attachments - Add other files; evaluations, images, letters about your Client
7. Archive - All archived items
